Current Released Version: 1.2 (October, 2006)

This program has been published. in Bioinformatics journal. Any papers describing software using the satDNA Analyzer software, or whose results were significantly aided by the use of the satDNA Analyzer, should include an acknowledgement and citation. The citation should be something like:
